How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, select your preferred design, choose the right size, and proceed to checkout. Once your order is confirmed, we begin crafting your product with care.

How do I choose the right size?

Our Tees follow a standard Unisex size chart, measured by chest width. If you prefer a slim fit, go one size down. For a loose, oversized feel, choose a size up. A detailed size chart is available on each product page to help you measure accurately before making a purchase. We also recommend measuring your favourite Tee & comparing it to our chart to ensure the perfect fit.

Are your T-shirts unisex?

Yes, our Tees are unisex and designed to offer a comfortable & versatile fit across all genders.

What materials are your T-shirts made of?

Our T-shirts are crafted from 100% combed cotton, offering exceptional softness, breathability, and all-day comfort & ensuring durability.

2) Shipping & Delivery

a)   How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hrs. Once shipped, delivery takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location. Please see our Shipping & delivery policy for more details.

b)   Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship across all regions in India. We're working on expanding to international markets soon. Sign up to our newsletter for updates! For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at hi@kappuccinostore.com.

c)   How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS to monitor its journey. You can also track orders anytime by logging into your Kappuccino Store account.

d)   What are the shipping charges?

We do not charge anything additional for shipping. You only pay the amount mentioned on the website against the product.

e)   What happens if my order is returned to sender?

If delivery attempts fail & the order is returned to us, we'll notify you. You can choose to get it reshipped with additional shipping charges as applicable, within 20 days. After this period, unclaimed orders will be donated to charity.

3) Returns, Exchange & Refunds

a)   What is your return policy?

We offer hassle-free replacements. If you receive a defective, misprinted, or incorrect size t-shirt, contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll process a replacement right away. Please see our Exchange/Replacement policy page for more details.

b)   Do I need to return the defective product?

No, we typically don't require the product to be returned. However, we do need clear photos to process your claim.

c)   Can I exchange my T-shirt for a different size or design?

Since each product is custom-made, we don't offer exchanges for size or design preferences. We encourage you to refer to our size chart before ordering. Please see our Exchange/Replacement policy page for more details.

d)   Do you offer refunds?

We currently do not offer refunds. Instead, we replace damaged or incorrect items at no extra cost. We’re committed to getting your tee just right for you.

4) Payments & Security

a)   What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI & Net banking.

b)   Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We use secure payment gateways to ensure your data is protected.

c)   Are there any hidden charges?

No hidden charges. The total amount, including taxes and shipping, will be clearly displayed at checkout.

5) Design & Printing

a)   How are the designs printed on the T-shirts?

We use DTF ( Direct-to-Film ) printing, which ensures high quality, rich, vibrant colours and sharp details that are soft to touch & lasts through multiple washes without cracking or fading.

b)   Will the print fade after washing?

Nope ! With proper care, our prints stay vibrant for a long time. They are designed to be durable. Follow our care instructions, and your Kappuccino Tee will look fresh for a long time.

c)   Are your designs hand-drawn or digital?

A mix of both! Some designs start with a sketch, others are created with a lil’ help from the digital world. Rest assured, all designs & colour combinations are crafted with a lot of thought, care and love!

d)   Are the colours on screen exactly what I’ll receive?

Slight differences may occur due to screen display settings and lighting, however, we strive to stay as true as possible to what you see online.

e)   Do your prints crack or peel?

Not with proper care! Our DTF prints are designed to bond well with fabric. Just follow the care instructions and you’re good to go.

f)    What kind of inks and printing material do you use?

We use high quality environmental friendly inks for all our printing purposes. These are sustainable & water based in nature offering toxin free and a non-hazardous end product ensures lower carbon footprint.

6) Garment Care

a)   How should I care for my Kappuccino Tee to keep it looking fresh?

a)    Wash inside out

b)   Use cold water

c)    Mild detergent

d)   Gentle cycle

e)    Avoid bleach or fabric softeners

f)     Soak overnight before first wash

g)   Wash with similar colors afterwards

b)   Can I tumble dry my T-shirt?

It’s best to air dry for longevity. If you’re using a dryer, keep it on low heat.

c)   Can I iron over the printed area?

We recommend avoiding direct ironing on the print. Flip the shirt inside out or place a cloth over the design if needed.

d)   Do your T-shirts shrink after washing?

Our Tees are pre-shrunk cotton, so any shrinkage is minimal — just follow the care instructions for best results.

e)   Can I use stain remover on the printed area?

We recommend spot testing first and avoiding harsh chemicals on the print area to maintain its quality.

7) Miscellaneous

a)   Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized messages?

Currently, we don't offer gift wrapping. However, we're exploring options to add personalized notes in the future. Sign up to our newsletter for updates!

b)   Can I request a custom design or personalize an existing one?

c)   Do you take bulk orders?
